Does the sub-themes (cosmo, darkly, etc.) not come in the download?

No that would increase the size of the theme way to much.
They can be downloaded on the official website https://bootswatch.com or on github https://github.com/thomaspark/bootswatch

Perfect! Thanks! I just swapped the boot strap file located here ‘…/styles/comboot/theme/comboot/bootstrap.min.css’ with the minified bootswatch theme I wanted. Everything works great!
